Henry leaves Del alone after their sessions. No aftercare, no affection, no wound treatment.

The way it goes: Del visits, gets hurt, degraded, or fucked, and then limps back home to his empty room and his soon-to-be empty wine bottles. He takes care of his own injuries and hides them from his brother as best he can, which is easy with how absent his brother is lately.

The more closed-off Henry is the more desperate Del is for his attention. But if Henry ever became truly affectionate, Del would feel so disturbed that he wouldn't want to visit again. One time after a particularly painful session, Henry stroked Del's hair on a whim. It scared Del off for weeks.
